This policy describes how Bubbly Bliss LLC, doing business as Kaiden's Yard Care handles information submitted through this website.
When you fill out our free quote form or contact us through a Facebook lead ad, we collect:
We use your information for one reason: to give you a free estimate and follow up about lawn care services. That's it. KYC may follow up by phone or email. Text updates are based on your SMS preferences; you can withdraw SMS permission by replying STOP to the sending number.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use service providers to host this website, process quote submissions, maintain business records and deliver communications on our behalf. They may process information needed to provide those services, not for their own marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
Service and promotional SMS permissions are separate and optional. We send promotional texts only when you have separately agreed to them. We record your selections, submission time, source page and the disclosure you saw. Providing a phone number or requesting a quote does not by itself authorize marketing texts. You can opt out of these communications at any time by texting us at (904) 568-0988 or emailing kazlawns@gmail.com.
If you'd like us to remove your information from our records at any time, just reach out. We'll take care of it — no questions asked.

This website does not use advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses Netlify for hosting, Formspree for quote submissions, and Google services to maintain quote records. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request time when providing their services. Third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Following our Facebook link takes you to Facebook, where its own privacy and cookie policies apply.
Our website and quote-submission connections use HTTPS to encrypt information while it travels between your browser and the services receiving it. Quote information and SMS preferences are processed through the service providers described above. No internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identification numbers, passwords or other sensitive information through the quote form. If we ever update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Nothing sneaky.

By using this website or hiring Kaiden's Yard Care for services, you agree to these simple terms. We've kept them short and straightforward.
Bubbly Bliss LLC, doing business as Kaiden's Yard Care ("KYC," "we," "us") is a licensed and insured lawn care and landscaping business based in Clay County, Florida.
Submitting our quote form does not commit you to hiring us, and does not commit us to accepting your job. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work or materials needed changes from what was originally discussed.
When you hire KYC for a service, the specific terms — price, schedule, scope of work — will be agreed upon in writing or by text between you and KYC before work begins.
Yearly service contracts: Yearly contracts are a full-year commitment. If you cancel your yearly contract before the term is up, an early termination fee will apply. The specific fee amount will be outlined in your service agreement at the time of signup.
Recurring and seasonal services: May be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. Any deposits already paid remain non-refundable as described in the Payment section below.
Yearly service contracts (mowing): The first month's payment is due upfront before services begin. Monthly billing continues from there, charged at the start of each service period.
One-time mows and seasonal services: Paid in full before the service is performed. A valid card on file may be required at scheduling.
Recurring per-mow services: Paid upon completion of each mow, unless another arrangement has been agreed to in advance.
Landscaping, sod, and larger jobs: All landscaping and larger scheduled jobs require 50% down at scheduling and the remaining 100% due before the scheduled service date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable because it covers supplies and reserves your spot on the calendar.
Accepted payment methods will be provided at time of scheduling.
We treat every yard like it's our own. Please let us know about anything on the property we should be aware of — pets, gate codes, sprinkler heads, buried lines, delicate plants, etc. — before we start work.
Please have your yard picked up before your scheduled service. KYC is not responsible for cleaning up or moving personal items such as toys, hoses, furniture, tools, pet waste, or other belongings. If we have to work around clutter, we may skip those areas, and we are not liable for damage to items that were left in the mowing path.
We're also not liable for damage to items you didn't tell us about in advance (buried lines, sprinklers, invisible fences, delicate plants, etc.).
We can't control the weather. If your scheduled mow gets rained out or is disrupted by weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule your service to the following Friday or your next scheduled mow day, whichever comes first. We'll do our best to give you as much notice as possible.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Bubbly Bliss LLC, doing business as Kaiden's Yard Care offers optional texts about quotes, scheduling, arrival notices and yard-care service updates. Promotional texts about seasonal offers and discounts require separate permission. Neither choice is required to request a quote or purchase services.
Message frequency varies with your requests, services and selected program. Your carrier may charge for messages and data. Reply STOP to the number sending you messages to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. To opt in again, submit a new consent request. Reply HELP for assistance or email kazlawns@gmail.com; you can also call 904-568-0988.
